Quotes, products, and policy terms are provided by independent insurance carriers and licensed agents, who are solely responsible for the accuracy of the rates and information they offer.

3. Quote Requests and Marketing Partners

When you submit a quote request, you provide express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and analogous state laws for LowestPolicy.com and our Marketing Partners (listed at lowestpolicy.com/partners) to contact you by phone (including using automated telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice), SMS/MMS text messages, and email at the phone number and email address provided, even if your number is on a federal, state, or corporate Do Not Call Registry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or asking the caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Quotes are estimates based on the information you submit; final premiums and coverage decisions are determined by the carrier after underwriting. Providing inaccurate information may result in higher rates, denied coverage, or policy rescission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by LowestPolicy.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Submitting another person's information without their permission
Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site
Attempting to interfere with the Site's operation or security
Using the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOWESTPOLICY.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LowestPolicy.com, its officers, employees, and Marketing Partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
